BMW Sydney are currently seeking a Service Advisor on a full time basis in our new temporary Service facilities in Alexandria while the iconic Rushcutters Bay undertakes redevelopment.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying customer requirements and ensuring that appropriate control processes are followed to carry out service and repair work to BMW standards and customer satisfaction
• Acting as the primary interface between service customers and the Service Department
• Advising customers on maintenance, warranty and service matters
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the business to ensure the correct information is translated to customers
• Managing a number of phone calls daily and ensuring action is taken accordingly

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor position is highly advantegous
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-discipline and process driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Experience in a similar role within a prestige dealership will be highly desirable
• Ability to travel interstate as required
