Answering queries and smoothing over problems with every call, life here is about offering outstanding service over the phone. You will become part of a brand new team, dedicated to delivering customer excellence, whether it be answering basic questions, guaranteeing the right cover or solving problems. Fast paced and on the go, there’s always a call for you to take and a customer to help at Cover-More.
Everyone at Cover-More lives and breathes customer service – but particularly in our call centre. This team gives their all to keep our customers travelling (and coming back for cover). It’s also about getting results in a supportive, lively and fast-paced environment. It’s a great place to work, and an even better one to flourish.
What you'll do:
- Offer outstanding service over the phone
- Deliver results, the right way, day after day
- Solve customer problems and give expert advice
- Play your part in a high-performing team
Who we need:
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Determination, drive and a love of helping customers
- Ability to work at a pace while delivering results
- Energy, passion and excitement
- Available to work on the occasional Saturday
Please note the call centre is open Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm and Saturday 9am – 4pm.
Roles will commence 6th August and 3rd September. Assessment centres for these roles will be conducted on 12th and 13th July.
