Permanent Full Time – 35 hour week, nine day fortnight
Council is currently seeking a well-rounded individual to maintain the integrity of the Council Corporate Centralised NAR and Knowledge Management database.
Reporting directly to the Manager, Customer Services this role will be responsible for a range of Business Administration activities which includes:
- Maintenance, development & enhancement of relevant systems
- Education, guidance and observance of procedures and conventions by all end users
- Liaising with the Information Systems Analyst in achieving related projects
- Development and Implementation of policies and procedures relating to Council Databases’.
The successful applicant will need to take initiative in their day to day duties and be flexible with a willingness to learn. You will act as the ‘Champion-Key-User’ in the use of Council’s Knowledge Management System, providing clear and concise assistance to relevant stakeholders and provide recommendations to Manager, Customer Services as required.
To be successful in this position you will need relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or minimum 5 years equivalent experience, demonstrated analytical & problem solving skills & an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Previous experience with Local Government property software applications (TechnologyOne) is highly desirable.
