About the role

Join this small service team in the role of Customer Service Officer on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls in relation to mortgages, personal or asset finance products and ensuring superior customer service across a number of diverse clients.

Working in an open plan office environment, you will feel like an integral part of the business as this is NOT a large call centre environment.

Skills and experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience from a banking/financial services call centre environment
  • Experience working to KPI's
  • Team player with a passion for helping others
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Drive to succeed in a busy, fast paced environment
  • The desire to work in an environment where you are not micro managed
