Your new company

They are looking to on board several Customer Relation Specialists into the Customer Relations team. This is an investigative, problem solving role which requires a smart, savvy, business-minded individual to lead the team to success!

Your new role
This role will involve:

  • Taking on escalations and resolving complaints from customers directly, from referrals from the business, or from external resolution agencies.
  • Using advanced investigation, problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve issues that range from simple to complex.
  • Contributing to ongoing discussions regarding change management, performance improvement and accomplishing the bank’s objectives and values.
  • Participate in sensitive and complex investigations and provide regular updates to the team that will contribute to the design and implementation of action plans.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer service at all times and commit to continuously developing strong relationships.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need:

  • Proven experience in complaints management
  • Exceptional negotiation skills
  • Experience in effectively engaging in all levels of management
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Perfect written and oral communication skills
