The role requires a self-motivated person with a track record of retaining customers by understanding their business needs working with them to find the right solution for their business

To be successful it would be an advantage if you came from a background in technical sales or social digital media, advertising or have a minimum 18 months retaining customers and or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling, proactively manage and develop relationships with key business decision-makers within existing customers with a view to maximising customer retention of the teams social media advertising solutions
  • Respond to incoming requests for cancellation of memberships, contacting customers to retain their business
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the companies portfolio of products and services
  • Document customer outcomes and attend weekly meetings
  • Manage and execute regular customer calls and take them through their social media advertising dashboards and reports
  • Consistently achieve and exceed Individual Retention and cross-sell quotas
  • Manage the day-to-day back office inside sales process
  • Demonstrate effective relationship building, selling and presentation techniques to influence the customer

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of Retention and or Inside Sales experience, ideally with strong Relationship experience
  • Energetic and positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity and a desire to win in the right way offering the right business solutions
  • High self-discipline with strong organizational skills and results-orientated
  • Strong rapport building, relationship and account management skills
  • Ability to listen, find the solution whilst offering excellent customer service
