The Role

Our Client Services Consultants play a key role in contributing to success.

Highlights of this role include:

  • Educating the property investment market via inbound calls.
  • Managing client relationships by responding to phone and email enquiries.
  • Acting as administration expert providing quotes to prospective clients, progressing new business, processing policies and maintaining records. 
  • Opportunity to be a part of our broader continuous improvement 'Think Tank' committee.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities including completing formal insurance qualifications.

Your Experience

We are looking for strong administrators motivated by delivering high level customer service predominately over the phone. The following experience is highly desirable:

  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet.
  • Fast paced data entry skills and an obsessive attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and master our extensive training program.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Attributes aligned to the EBM values
