We are seeking Customer Service Superstars to support our growing team in our Dandenong contact centre.

 

The role:

As a Customer Service Superstar, you will be making a difference in the lives of people by servicing customer interactions on behalf of an Australian Government Department.

 

What you have:

  • Customer service background
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • The ability to explain complex or technical information in a straightforward manner
  • A high level of computer literacy
  • An engaging phone manner
  • A strong desire to learn new skills
  • Availability to commit to full time training at the start of your employment
  • Availability to work up to 38 hours a week
  • Availability to have your work hours rostered anywhere between 7am to 11pm, Monday to Friday
  • Australian Citizenship is essential.

 

Eligibility for this role requires you to successfully complete a thorough Security and Citizenship Check.
