Large Government Client based in Dandenong is looking for passionate Customer Service Officers for a 3 month temp role. Working 3-5 days a week roles will be starting late July, $28/ hour.

Our client is a State based Government organisation that manage and plan our road network, whilst delivering leading road safety initiatives and customer focused services to the community. Understanding and meeting the changing needs of customers is one of their key objectives, and they are seeking like-minded people to join their large customer service team.
Description
As a Customer Service Officer, you will respond to and resolve a wide range of customer service enquiries.
Working in a fast past and busy environment, you will be involved in cash handling and processing payments over the telephone.
Your goal will be to provide the Customer with a positive and efficient experience.
To be successful in this position you will need:
- A full Victorian Drivers Licence and clean driving record.
- Motivation to work in customer services and a genuine interest in resolving customers enquiries
- A professional, enthusiastic and courteous demeanour and excellent attendance and punctuality
- Flexibility around hours and assignment requirements across several offices within reasonable travel distances
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Cash handling experience
Profile
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Working in a face paced environment as part of large Customer Service team.
- Performing drive tests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Providing the learner driver with feedback at the end of the test
- Learning, retaining and applying large amounts of product, procedure and system information in a fast paced and high transaction environment.
- Adhering to task and attendance rosters and deliver outputs to expected performance indicators.
Training
- Successful candidates will undergo an extensive training pathway. Appropriate support and guidance will be provided during and after this time.
