Start your sales career or take the next step joining the team at Telstra Business Centre Essendon. We focus on servicing the business market in Melbourne's North West. We also operate three Telstra stores in addition to the Business Centre and are growing at a rapid rate.
We currently seek determined, motivated and ambitious outbound telesales professionals who are driven to achieve sales targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Selling Telstra Business products including mobiles, broadband, wireless, fixed and cloud products to new and existing customers.
- Supporting customer retention & new business strategies
- Contacting new customers – Identify and qualify opportunities.
- Communicating and referring leads to our Outbound Sales Team
- Maximising qualified lead generation
- Maximising cross sell, upsell and solution selling opportunities
