Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre industry. As a partner with a leading Bank we require experienced Client Services Officer to join a professional and customer focused team based in Sydney CBD.

Duties Include:

• Providing an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
• Managing customer enquiries via telephone and email in relation to their banking needs.
• Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
• Managing Client Records / Data Entry
• Contribute and add value to a positive, & innovative environment

Skills & attributes required:

• Demonstrated Solutions Focused Customer Service Experience.
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
• Banking and Financial experience preferred.
• Confident & outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude.
• Strong using technology and able to navigate different systems.
