North Melbourne based coffee equipment sales and service business requires a professional and reliable service scheduler to join our service team.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

• Experience in a similar role (favourable but not essential)
• Experience using Pronto (favourable but not essential)
• Excellent customer service skills
• An excellent phone manner
• High attention to detail
• The ability to perform under pressure and troubleshoot customer enquiries
• The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise and continually assess workflows
• The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

  Responsibilities include:

• First level recipient of customer enquiries and service calls
• Log and schedule service jobs for technicians
• Troubleshoot and suggest solutions for simple customer issues via phone
• Provide exceptional customer service to National Key Accounts
• Work effectively to achieve service level agreements and KPI’s
• Monitor and respond to customer issues and feedback within required timeframes
• Data entry and database management
• Assisting with invoicing when required
