Then we have a great opportunity for you - we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Customer Experience Team at Parramatta.

Reporting to the Call Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both our internal and external stakeholders
  • Responding to customer queries and creating a seamless customer experience
  • Meeting targets and KPI's by driving individual performance
  • Accurately identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to collectively provide information and resolve customer issues

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Be well organised and reliable
  • Have a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
  • Be results driven to achieve business targets and KPI's
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
