Our client is worldwide brand renowned for delivering world class customer service to their customers.They are looking for a "Call Centre Star" (Outbound) to blow their customers socks off by delivering the best quality service and impressing time and time again. When you talk to your customers, you'll have the confidence to tell them all about their great products. The majority of the customers are warm and therefore you will become more of a trusted adviser than a sales person.
Our client's loyal customers are always keen to be updated on the latest deals and releases. We're looking for people who'll give them brilliant service every time and convert them to sales.
You will be free to do what it takes to make the customer's life easier. That means handling each call and each customer so they go away feeling listened to, understood and, yes, loved.
Naturally, you'll need to be a good listener and confident on the phone. Being outgoing and enthusiastic also helps, as this tends to rub off onto the customer. Previous telephone sales experience is necessary. You will also need to demonstrate experience in providing excellent service in a challenging environment.
Our client is based less than one minute away from public transport. True to the nature of the brand, they have cool offices and are offering a good salary and very competitive bonus scheme. There's a real buzz about the place and they are also a friendly bunch too!!
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous call centre experience
- Good communications skills with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals
- Confidence in dealing with objection
- Positive, can do attitude
