12 month fixed term customer service job with a State Government organisation, CBD location.

Your new company
Our public sector client requires several experienced and engaging Enquiries Officers to join their professional and friendly team right in the heart of the CBD.

Your new role
You will be the primary point of contact for all inbound calls from the general public regarding consumer related queries.

• You will provide accurate information to general queries
• You will provide consultative information in regards to legislation and law
• You will be working in a supportive team and environment
• You will be required to document calls in a timely and accurate manner

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position you will have to have the following experience:

• 2 years in a contact centre environment is mandatory
• Government experience or dealing with legislation is highly regarded
• You will have exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
• You will have a customer focus with a commitment to always provide a positive approach
