This is a challenging but rewarding Inbound Customer Service role where your focus is providing effective solutions through your ability to listen and prioritise complex processes. 



Candidates must possess the following:


    • Full Australian working rights

    • Excellent verbal communication

    • Ability to be highly empathetic and patient 

    • Positive and engaging personality

    • Proactive approach and strong initiative

    • Experience working with KPI's and adherence

    • Ability to work in a highly structured environment

    • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate between systems

    • Previous customer service experience either on the phone or face to face.



This full-time role will operate on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, 8:15 am - 8:15 pm (NO weekends) with the plan of becoming a permanent role after 6 months for strong, reliable candidates. The start date for this role is 1st of August 2018 but will require time for background and police checking which can take from 1 to 4 weeks.
