About the organisation
Our client is one of the largest credit unions in Australia, who’s focus is on putting the member first. There is an exciting opportunity to join the lending team in a 6-month temporary capacity. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your existing customer service skills to a fast paced, challenging role in the banking industry.
The Role
This is a phone-based role in which you would answer enquiries for the lending team. You would be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors, brokers and other teams within the business. If you enjoy building relationships with stakeholders over the phone and are keen to bring your skills to the banking industry, this is the role for you!
Requirements
- Previous experience in a contact centre
- Experience in stakeholder management and working in high volume environments
- Positive attitude and very strong phone manner
- High attention to detail
- Be ready for an immediate start
