About the opportunity
A great opportunity presents for an eager and hungry Telesales Associate to join this fun and friendly team. You will be assigned a territory and you will work through your customer list with objectives in mind. You will use VEEP CRM to input customer information. You will be paid quarterly bonus based on sales results. You will split your time between outbound calls and supporting the field sales team 50/50. There is opportunity to grow in this role and company.
Duties
- Achieve assigned sales objectives for defined territory
- Achieve sales contact targets
- Take inbound calls with customer queries
- Process customer orders for your territory
- Follow up calls
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the product portfolio
- Understand competitors products
- Cycle and call planning
- Account management
- Cover reception for 1 hour per fortnight
Skills and Experience
- Telesales experience in the heathcare industry
- Previous experience in working to KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Strong admin skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
