Your new company
We are looking for a customer service focused individual to assist potential students in selecting the next step in their education. My client is seeking a customer service focused individual to work in their Frankston branch. My client is opening a new branch so it has created a new vacancy for a Student Service Advisor to complete their team.
Your new role
You will be working in a vibrant environment dealing with inbound call enquires. You will provide information to potential students and assist them in making decisions. Your main interaction will be with adolescence needing direction you will need to patient and able to communicate effectively in a consultative manner.
What you'll need to succeed
- Contact centre experience
- MUST have relevant and recent inbound call experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales experience
- Tech savvy
