Your new company
Our client, a leading distributor in the Liverpool region is looking for an experienced Customer Service Officers / Order Processor on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent. This organisation has recently acquired new business and are in growth phase. You will join a well performing team.


Your new role
You will be responsible for processing customer orders via the EDI portal, entering customer information into the system, answering phone calls, ensuring all orders are entered correctly, respond to customer queries regarding products, ETAs, stock levels and logistics, monitor orders, generate reports for orders and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in a similar role, including customer service, order entry, liaison with different departments, understanding of stock levels and logistics, and good systems experience. You will work well alone or in a team. Experience working with end users as well as retailers is highly regarded.


What you'll get in return
This is a temporary assignment to commence ASAP with a possibility of turning permanent. Hours for this position is 7:30am-4pm Monday to Thursday, and 7am-1pm Friday. You will be part of a supportive team who work well together. You will be working for a well established organisation who are constantly evolving and expanding.
