A permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced Customer Service professional has become available with a well established Australian owned company based at Wacol.  This customer focussed role will be responsible for:

  • Answering telephones and customer enquiries
  • Processing customer orders
  • Preparing quotes for new and existing customers
  • Overseeing supply chain functions to ensure that product is shipped and delivered to customer in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of marketing material
  • Associated administration functions

Your previous experience within a commercial internal sales / customer service environment is essential, together with:

  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills with the confidence to learn and use a range of computer systems
  • Warm and engaging communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well developed time management skills to meet KPIs whilst effectively managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Flexible approach and willingness to take direction
  • Strong sense of urgency, whilst maintaining a detail oriented approach that ensures accuracy and detail when processing sales orders
  • Results oriented with an exceptional customer service focus

Working as part of a small, cohesive high-performing team that is committed to excellence in customer service, your reliability and ability to commit to full-time hours across Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm) is also critical.
