About the Role

An Opportunity has arisen for a professional Customer Service Officer(with experience) operating in the energy industry.  This role is in a busy environment which requires someone who understands the importance of accuracy and delivering exceptional customer service. It also involves general office skills and data input.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Communicating with customers in verbal and written form
  • Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office including MS Excel
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Active and effective listening skills
  • Be a team player and able to work in a team environment
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Logical thinker

You will be required to work 7.6 hours per day between 7.30am and 5.30pm on a rotating roster, Monday to Friday.
