Our client is a highly successfully, private equity backed business that is a leading provider of information management solutions to the Australian market. They provide a wide range of services including records management, document management, vital records archive storage, data protection services and document destruction. 

Due to continual growth, our client is seeking an energetic and people focused Client Relationship Representative to continue to foster terrific relationships with our clients and to provide them with the elite customer service that is associated with the company's brand. 
  
The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing telephone calls and assisting customers with their enquiries including on-forwarding to the correct contact for resolution;
  • Processing email and fax orders;
  • Order queries and issues;
  • Resolving client issues;
  • Signposting all email and fax traffic that arrives within the department to a specific area;
  • Contacting customers to discuss any information related to their order requirements;
  • Proactive in informing customers of unfulfilled orders;
  • Liaising closely with other customer service teams, customer service management and other departments;
  • Actively seek new ways to help improve processes and propose changes to improve the quality of service delivered and reduce costs.

In order to be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you will have:

  • Experience in a call centre, client services or administrative background;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills;
  • Flexible and customer first team player mentality;
  • Microsoft office skills;
  • Strong investigative skills;
  • Confidence in multi-tasking;
  • Sound analytical skills.
