We are looking for dynamic, customer-focussed professionals to join our Customer Service Centre team at our McMahons Point office. You will play an important role within the business, delighting our clients with positive, helpful experiences around their hearing care appointments. 

If you enjoy interacting with people, hitting targets and providing great customer service, this could be the role for you. The work is phone-based, making contact with clients through both inbound and outbound channels. However, no cold calling is required.

Full time roles are currently available, with training and onboarding to commence as soon as possible for the right candidates.

We will be holding interviews throughout July and are seeking individuals with the following:

  • Call centre experience preferred, in either a sales or customer service environment
  • Ability to work to targets and KPIs
  • A clear, articulate speaking voice
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Intermediate PC skills minimum. Experience with CRM and call centre software, Outlook, Word and Excel preferable
  • The ability to work as part of a close-knit team, combined with the motivation to reach individual goals
