With our brand new facility almost complete we are looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join our front line team. We are 100% committed to providing the ultimate purchasing and ownership experience to each and every one of our guests which means you will have plenty of support in your role as a service advisor.

Applicants with experience in retail, hospitality, telemarketing or similar industries are encouraged to apply.
Daily duties include:
- Meeting and greeting our valued Guests
- Scheduling bookings
- Educating guests on service requirements and other Toyota processes
- Coordinating jobs and completing Repair Orders
- Calling guests to discuss service and vehicle requirements
- Invoicing and cash handling
- Daily achievement of KPI's and sales targets
- Data entry
- Quoting
- Guest complaint handling and resolution
- Keeping guests informed of the status of their vehicle
The successful applicant will have:
- A solid mechanical aptitude
- Outstanding customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Proven administration skills and computer literacy
- Great time management and a high attention to detail
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Professional presentation
- A can-do attitude
- Strong sense of teamwork and great work ethic
- Great communication skills
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively both autonomously and in a team environment
- A clean driving record and open Australian Manual Driver's License
Highly desirable but not essential skills include:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a dealership
- A good knowledge of vehicle service and repair
- Experience in Toyota preferred but not essential
