Your new company
This client is one of Australia’s largest financial services company. Providing and managing services including personal loans, credit cards, and insurance solutions. Due to changes in the business, including growth, the client is seeking multiple Customer Service Consultants to join the teams based in Melbourne CBD.
Your new role
In this role, your focus will be to answer inbound phone inquiries accurately and in a professional, member focused manner. These queries will be related to personal loans, products and services. You will be using various online systems to access data and update information. You will be working towards set KPIs and targets to drive the best results and service.
What you'll need to succeed
- You must have contact centre experience
- Preferably from a financial service background
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to use a variety of systems
- Capable of understanding complex information and explaining this to people in an easy to understand manner
- Flexibility to work the following shifts: Monday-Thursday 2pm-8.45pm, Friday 2pm-6pm and potentially weekend shifts (optional overtime)
