We are seeking a dynamic Customer Delivery Coordinator or Account manager for one of Australia’s leading beverage companies. The main responsibility for this role is to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties. You will be working within a team under a supportive manager.



Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and follow up of all internal and external logistics customer queries and complaints.
• Customer service support answering high volume of inbound calls and responding to customer emails
• Organising purchase orders and invoicing
• Coordinating customer delivery queries and requests from the Central Customer Delivery team.
• Analysis and review of internal reports
• Administrative work to support sales and accounts team

Successful applicants will possess the below skills and attributes:

• Previous experience working in a Distribution or warehousing environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work proactively in a fast paced environment
• High attention to detail
