The Company
Not-for-Profit organisation based in Mount. Druitt is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis to start immediately.
The Position
- High volume inbound calls
- Making outbound calls
- Email correspondence
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- General admin duties
The Candidate
- Proven Customer Service experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle customer complaints
- Professional & pro-active approach to work
- Healthcare experience is a benefit
- Available to commence immediately
