About the business

We are a high paced, high growth SaaS startup in the Facilities, Services & maintenance sector, with partnerships with some of South Australia's leading companies. Due to sustained growth we are looking to bring on highly motivated telephone consultants (outbound) to service our clients and continue to grow the business.

About the role

Working from the most up-to date database from Dunn & Bradstreet, you will be contacting businesses on behalf of our clients to offer services and set appointments for in-house BDM's to present a proposal and win the business. 

For the right candidate there is the opportunity to progress to BDM or end to end sales positions in the near future.

Duties

  • Sales calls - cold and warm calls to potential clients
  • Getting past the Gate Keeper
  • Creating warm leads from client referrals and our network partners
  • Building rapport & booking e-appointments with qualified prospects
  • Learning objections & rebuttals to improve sales skills
  • Closing the sale
  • Building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Creating and managing a healthy sales pipeline
  • Work with an integrated CRM (Sales Force)

  • You have a strong work ethic, optimistic, confident, with a positive can-do attitude.
  • You have a proven track record of excellence in sales/customer service, preferably in an outbound call centre.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can easily connect and build rapport with people on the phone.
  • You are adept at using rebuttals to understand objections, take control of the conversation and close the deal.
  • You thrive on learning, growing and reaching the next levels in your life.
  • You love being in a dynamic team and helping your team stay at the top.
  • You are hungry for success in life and will accept nothing less.
