Joining the operational readiness team as a customer service attendant on the stations, it goes without saying that you must be obsessively customer-focused and be able to demonstrate this. You will be the smiling face ready to step in and lend a hand, answering queries, giving directions, manage incidents, and deliver top class customer service to passengers as they move through the station.

No two shifts are likely to be the same in this versatile customer service role. Working independently you must be quick thinking and react calmly in this busy high-pressure role with safety procedures at the forefront of every encounter.

Training opportunities are extensive; through mentoring and classroom activity as you take on the mantle of being our brand ambassador on the frontline. So if you have the customer-first mentality and experience to match, then we can give you the tools to be a station superstar!

Successful applicants for this operational readiness customer service role will initially be offered a maximum-term contract until February 2020, and following the introduction of full services in 2019 will be considered for potential permanent opportunities within MTS.
