Inbound Call Centre Representative - Full Time
The Company
An excellent opportunity to work with a leading Utilities company with offices Australia wide.
Our client are looking for multiple experienced Customer Service Representatives for initially an ongoing temp assignment to work in their busy call centre.
The working hours would be between 38 hours per week Monday to Friday (with the occasional Saturday morning). Hours would be between 7am and 7pm. There may be the opportunity of a permanent role in the long term.
They are based around the CBD area.
Hourly rate: $26.00 + Super
The Role / Duties
• Responsible for all interactions with customer - Paying bills, updating account details
• Answering account queries and general service calls
• Solving problems and answering any complaints and escalating if necessary
• Customer retentions
• Meeting KPI’s
Ideal Skills & Experience
Someone who can comfortably address and demonstrate the following key abilities:
• Minimum of 12 months experience working in a call centre or inbound customer service role
• Strong customer service experience
• Must be able to start ASAP
• Must have a valid police clearance
• Experience with order taking and complaint resolution
• Must be open to a permanent position at the end of the assignment
