The Message Group is home to a portfolio of audio and digital marketing, content creation and online customer service training for passionate business owners. We’re currently on the hunt for an experienced customer service specialist with at least 2 years’ experience in an office-based customer service role, to join our creative department so we can finally feel complete again.
You’ll have:
- Strong administration skills
- A keen eye for detail
- The multitasking skills of an octopus
- A passion for and experience in customer service
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in Word, Excel & CRM systems
- Minimum typing speed of 40wpm
- The superpower of persuasion
You’ll be involved in:
- Stepping in for absent staff & responding to client enquires
- Client liaison via phone, email and online chat
- Answering incoming calls promptly
- Discussing ideas with clients on how to promote their business
- Thinking up and implementing out-of-the-box solutions to keep our clients smiling
- Managing your own portfolio of clients to organise audio and video productions
- Back up of operations duties when and as required
- Responsible for daily despatch and processing of incoming stock
- Proactively continue to learn new skills within the company to expand knowledge to enable you to assist in multiple areas of the creative department
- Ongoing data entry
- Running monthly exception reports
- And just generally wowing clients with your incredible personality
Working from a bright, spacious office, you’ll collaborate with a bunch of creative boffins including audio engineers, copywriters and designers. We’re minutes from bus and train stops – we may as well be on your doorstep.
