Your new company

Your new role
As an innovative organisation who are challenging the traditional banking industry they are focused on taking care of their customers and community with knowledgeable, honest support and convenient, easy-to-use banking products. Working as part of a large and vibrant customer service team based in North Sydney you’ll be responsible for ensuring these customers continue to be looked after and receive an exceptional service. This will be on a rotating roaster Mon-Fri 7am-9pm, Sat-Sun 8am-6pm with shift loadings and opportunity to go perm for strong performance.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be engaging, dynamic and confident as well as passionate about providing first-class customer interactions over the phone and online. With a proven background in retail and customer service roles you’ll be given extensive industry training and development to reach your potential.
