Your new company
Our client is a worldwide company producing building materials with his 75 plants worldwide, more than 5,000 products including adhesives, sealants and chemicals, which are shipped every day for a total amount of 25,000 tons. They feel like a family, rather than a business. Their Australian head office is in QLD but the Melbourne office is located in Port Melbourne. Full time working hours of 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Your new role
This customer service and sales support job will include duties such as:
- Handling customer phone enquires
- Liaise with Victorian customers to process their sales order requirements.
- Collate sales orders, delivery dockets, related paperwork and scanning documents.
- General admin/clerical duties
What you'll need to succeed
To have an opportunity to succeed in this business, you will need:
- Over 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Suite etc.)
- Professional in presentation and communication skills
- Own vehicle and valid licence
- Positive and outgoing personality with a strong work ethic
- Be able to multitask
