Are you passionate about providing outstanding Customer Service and have strong communication and sales skills to align technical specifications with clients business needs?

Duties
- Managing Inbound out bound calls
- Member subscriptions - converting non-members to members and following up on prospects
- Maintaining a scheduled contact regime for member renewal
- Coordinating and supporting management in relation to WHS policies, procedures, programs
- Obtaining leads
L&D program sale to Individuals, Corporate and Government - Support campaigns for national events and liaising with potential members
- Delivering technical in formation in a professional and easy manner
Qualification and Experience
- Experience in education, recruitment or corporate L&D
- Proven knowledge of educational trends, education technology environment and the higher education
- Certificate IV and Training Assessment
- Certified Technologist or certified Professional
- SFIA Accredited consultant
