The Company
Join a Government Organisation and work in their Client Service team. They have recently undergone a period of growth and are actively seeking experienced Client Services Officers to independently handle client transactions. 

The Role
As a Client Services Officer, your duties will include but not been limited to:

• Deliver high quality, consistent and timely services to clients
• Ensure a coordinated approach to client matters by working closely with team members
• Managing general enquiries & complaints 
• Ad hoc administration & data entry duties as required 
• Temporary position - possibility to go permanent 
• Location: Newcastle - close to public transport
• Salary: $32/hour + Superannuation
• Hours: Monday to Friday - Standard Working Hours - 35 hours/week 

You
In order to be successful for the role, you will have:

• Strong Client Services/Customer Service call centre background is essential 
• Professional manner and appearance 
• The ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
