Serco Immigration Services (SIS) is currently seeking a Rostering Support Officer to work within the Workforce Management Team in Barton Canberra. This role will provide rostering support administration to the business, and support operations in delivering quality service to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Fielding absenteeism calls and arranging replacement staff
- Filling additional demands/vacant posts
- Validating the rostering support data using workforce management applications
- Liaising with shift managers to resolve time data discrepancies
- Ensuring fortnightly data is correct to support the processing of payroll
- Supporting the leadership team in the improvement of the roster planning process
To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified or have equivalent work experience; and previous experience with customer service and a contact centre environment will be highly regarded. You demonstrate exceptional moral values in all that you do. You will have sound communication skills and attention to detail, and show a commitment to 100% confidentiality and the highest level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour. You must be able to maintain a current Australian Federal Police Clearance.
