Reproting to the Team Leader your main role is to provide a superior level of service to all members, advisers, and external stakeholders, within the agreed turnaround times and in accordance with our business operating principles. Providing expertise in handling any member general enquiries including but not limited to membership details changes, points enquiries and program enquiries by phone, email and through online social platforms within the agreed turnaround times.

Going above and beyond in problem resolution to ensure customers further engagement in the wider AIA Vitality program and ensuring their knowledge of all benefits and rewards. 

Identify and provide feedback on any area where process improvement could be beneficial or updates are required, including knowledge management system.

You may have previous contact centre experience, or you are looking at getting into the corporate environement. Above all we are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference, have second-to-none customer service skills and like working in a fun, supportive and diverse team.

You must be available to interview 31st of July 2018.
