Our client is a specialist lending company who provides residential, commercial and asset finance lending products on a non conforming bases. Due to the fast yet positive growth of the organisation they are now looking to take on a Customer Service Consultant to join their tight knit team.
About the role
As the successful Customer Service Consultant you will be taking inbound/outbound calls from customers and be the first point of contact for any general enquiries. You will be utilising each call to showcase your unique customer centric approach and polished phone manner. Your KPI's will be based around how you go 'above and beyond' for each call.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound/outbound calls
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Complete administration tasks such as scanning and filing
- Assisting the loans processing team when required
- Educating clients on the products offered
- Adhering to all KPI’s
- Have an enthusiastic and customer focused attitude
Key Requirements
The successful Customer Service Consultant will posses the following:
- 2 - 8 years prior experience within an Australian Bank or finance company
- Knowledge of the loans/mortgage process will be highly regarded although is not essential
- A proven background in providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presents in a polished, professional and corporate manner
- The desire and drive to build a long term career in customer service
