About the Organisation

As a Customer Service Specialist for Qudos, you will be responsible for providing telephone assistance to members with their enquiries and to actively promote the products and services of Qudos Bank.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be working in a small call centre environment with approximately 20 other Customer Service Specialists in the Qudos Head Office in Mascot.

There are currently three, full-time positions available, working on a rotating, roster between Monday to Friday 7.00am to 7.00pm. You will also be expected to work an occasional Saturday (say once every 5-6 weeks).

This is NOT a cold calling role.
