We are currently seeking a self-motivated, driven, customer service professional to work full time in a busy inbound Customer Service Call Centre based in Castle Hill. You must be able to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster. 

You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have great office skills always looking to go the extra mile to create an outstanding customer experience. 

This role will suit someone currently working in a Customer Service Team or someone with great service skills and looking for an office environment.

The role includes: 

• Working in a team who's key role is to respond to all customer enquiries received via phone, email and helpdesk in a timely manner aiming for a one touch customer service experience;
• Providing end to end resolution of all customer enquiries or queries
• Handle client disputes and complaints as per the values of the company and terms and conditions of the membership;
• Record all communication and actions performed accurately and thoroughly;
• Perform daily administration tasks and achieve KPIs outlined by the team leader.

Essential:

• A positive attitude and exceptional work ethic;
• A love of animals! 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• An excellent customer-centric focus;
• Good time management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team;
• The ability to problem solve;
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Experience in a contact centre environment, or with practice management software, Would be highly regarded
