Best in Practise Financial Advice firm based in Chatswood. Our client sees themselves as a conduit to a better life in retirement, offering specialist services in financial and retirement planning.

Our client is experiencing rapid growth due to legislation pressures on competitors. They are very lean and agile having just the Principal and Managing Director in the business with a lot of other functions outsourced.

This is an opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a very rapidly growing small business.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a client services manager, you will be responsible for liaising with their customers and potential customers. Working closely with the marketing manager and the principal of the practice. 
  • Convert warm leads to consultations
  • Follow up referral partners
  • Work with the Principal and Managing Director of the practice to formulate and execute a marketing plan.
The role would be initially on a 12 hour per week for an initial 12 months contract (with a high likelihood of being extended) Tuesday to Thursday in their nice offices in Chatswood.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with 10 years plus experience not necessarily from a Financial Advice background. You could be a return to work parent or a career changer. A degree or some work with a financial advisory firm would be a bonus but certainly not necessary.
