The role
As a Despatch Officer at our Thebarton site, you will work closely with our Central Despatch Office to ensure that our customers' requirements are met and their orders are delivered in full, on time, every time.
Reporting to the Concrete Operations Manager, you will be working as part of a friendly team who will help you learn about our products and systems.

We're looking for someone with lots of energy, who is skilled at juggling competing priorities and meeting deadlines while at all times delivering great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receiving phone orders
- Customer quoting and entering of orders
- Scheduling and allocating of daily deliveries
- Liaising to batch plants and truck drivers
What you will need to succeed
- Sound knowledge of Adelaide Metropolitan and Country areas
- Past experience working in the Concrete or Building industry
- Command Concrete and or SAP experience required
- Be able to work within a busy team environment and thrive on working with people at all levels
