We are looking for the right people to contribute to our high achieving, customer focused culture within our Member Contact Centre. We currently have multiple full time, 12 month fixed-term positions available. The expected commencement date for these positions is Monday 3 September 2018.
We want to hear from people who can:
- Demonstrate their experience in providing customers with exceptional service
- Engage customers in conversations that build an understanding of their needs
- Develop a sound knowledge of a broad range of products and services
- Clearly articulate the benefits of products and services
- Gather information utilising available technology and resources
RACT offers an extensive training program to support staff in transitioning in to this role. This program involves comprehensive System, Underwriting and Service training. Previous experience in contact centre or general insurance environments will be highly regarded.
