Our client is a well-established company, one of the leaders in their industry and constantly growing! Located in the hills district, our client is again looking to grow their team.

Commencing ASAP in this long term assignment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Providing warranty support to customers in a call centre environment
• Answering high-volume inbound calls
• Responding to customer requests in a timely manner 
• Following up with customers
• Escalating necessary cases
• Other ad-hoc responsibilities from time to time

As the successful candidate, you will be:

• Experienced in customer service
• Experienced in an inbound/ outbound call centre environment handling high volume calls
• A strong communicator
• A reliable team member with a customer centric attitude
• Available to commence immediately
