Customer service role in a big 4 bank, handling complaints. $55k + super, Parramatta.

Your new company
This big4 bank are known for innovation and for a highly customer focussed approach in everything they do. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative, who is comfortable handling complaints, to join their team based in Parramatta. to provide support to a range of banking customers and also provide some case management relating to Credit/Debit card and ATM transactions domestically and also internationally.

Your new role

  • To provide support to a range of banking customers who have queries around maladministration, credit cards, home and loans and more!
  • Taking on escalations from the team, and trying to resolve issues at a stage 1 level.
  • You will be liaising with clients, advisors and stakeholders, whilst adhering to compliance regulations and providing high quality service.
  • Most importantly, you will be putting the customer at the forefront of everything you do.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Must have prior banking or finance experience.
  • Customer service experience, from a call centre ideally.
  • If you already have complaints experience, please apply!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate oneself.
  • You must be an Aus or NZ citizen or permanent resident.
