Fastway Couriers is one of Australia's leading last mile courier delivery providers that is comprised of 27 Regional Franchisees and over 800 Courier Franchisees. We provide cost effective and reliable courier service and are committed to delighting the customer at the door.

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate professionals who  can talk to our customers via telephone, email, website and social media.  We are offering flexibility, you tell us what you want to work!  Our office runs from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

The Fastway Sydney office is located at Homebush and is set to move to brand-new offices with state of the art facilities in Chullora around March of next year.

The role will involve:

  • Resolution of customer queries quickly and accurately. You’ll be an expert problem solver and a positive thinker, focused on delighting our customers.
  • Handle high volumes, we operate a busy customer service centre so you’ll need to be able to work calmly under pressure using your resilience to move from one customer to the next.
  • Be diligent in your work. If you’re professional, reliable and punctual, and support your fellow team members, you’ll thrive here.
  • Have an eye for detail. You’ll need to work intelligently on our computer systems, entering customer bookings and delivery information, ensuring compliance and managing multiple systems at once.

We are looking for people who are competent in:

  • Thinking outside of the square to resolve customer problems
  • Written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills with the ability to listen and understand to give an outstanding customer experience
  • Committed to the team, the company and the customer experience
  • Common-sense, integrity and is passionate about what they do
