The Company

Established Finance Company part of a Global brand based in Wetherill Park. Join a team of 15 professionals to work in a high performing and high volume environment.

The Role

Handling inbound calls from customers and processing their payment details
Collection of Loan Accounts arrears (70+ Outbound Calls per day)
Liaise with external stakeholders (Mercantile Agents, Lawyers)
Identify any High Risk, Fraudulent or Hardship accounts to management
Adhering to Company and Industry policies and procedures – NCCP, Privacy Act and Consumer Act.

The Person

Proven experience in collections in a high volume environment
Understanding of debt recovery guidelines, NCCP, Privacy Act and Competition & Consumer Act 2010
Proven experience in the Finance, Lending, Banking or Mercantile industries is essential
Asset Finance experience or Fraud Detection would be highly regarded
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
