My client is a medium sized company in the Insurance industry and they are based in the heart of the CBD. They pride themselves on providing an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. Due to consistent growth they are now looking to hire an experienced Client Services Representative to join their team.

As the successful Client Services Representative you will be dealing with all incoming customer inquiries on a range of topics about their policy or general information on Insurance.  

Position responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls from clients and potential clients relating to their policies 
• Help clients with their details, queries about certain areas of their policy and upgrades or downgrades of their policy
• Take the lead on new policy developments and releases
• Provide exceptional customer service to every client
• Liaise with internal teams to make sure the client is looked after

To be successful in this role you will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience working in an inbound phone based customer service position (4+ years)
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry (must have)
• Experience with Life Insurance or Superannuation will be highly regarded
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Stable work history
• Australian Permanent Residency

The hours of work will be between 8.30am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
