A growing and well known super fund is seeking strong talent in the operational risk management space to become part of their fast developing team. They are looking for someone who would thrive in a broad role and a hybrid coverage across the two defence lines (1&2).
Key responsibilities of this role include:
• Assist with the execution, maintenance and on going improvement of the risk management framework e.g. Risk assessments, control assessments, key risk indicator reporting
• Provide pragmatic risk advice and insights to the business in line with the organisations risk appetite
• Assist with analytical insights of risk management data and develop reporting to the respective committees
• Assist with the ongoing maintenance of the Business Continuity Framework
The key requirements include:
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an operational risk role (Mandatory), ideally within financial services (also open to non-financial services)
• Ideally experience working for a smaller business where roles are typically broader
• Proven track record in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders (Advanced level)
• Analytics and reporting (Skilled level)
• Verbal and written communication skills (Skilled level)
• Attention to detail (Skilled level)
• Understanding of Business Continuity Management and crisis management (Skilled level)
